Just the concept of a perfect first date can throw us into a panic mode, as we put such a lot of worry on ourselves. Pick a simple pursuit, like a stroll around the downtown core, as long as the weather is likely to be fine for this. Be sure you have an alternative in mind just in case the day turns really lousy - arriving with dripping wild hair, tends not to make a good first impression! Remain serene and unstressed as much as you possibly can, remembering that there are countless more people out there that you could easily have a first date with. This is not a life threatening event!
